The remote and wild San Juan National Forest in western Colorado was once home to grizzly bear, lynx, wolverine, and cutthroat trout. It still boasts some of the most pristine forest land, rivers, and alpine tundra in the Rockies. That's why it is so important that the Forest Service hear from us supporting strong protections for wilderness in this forest.
