We're sorry, this alert is no longer available. If you would like to learn more about ways you can take action, please visit WildAlert.

The short explanation of this alert was:

Those who venture into the secret reaches of the Wyoming Range discover one of Wyoming's finest collections of natural treasures—creeks plunging over spectacular falls, pristine alpine lakes, open meadows and rust-colored peaks rising to 11,363 feet in elevation.  Despite the Range’s recreational and natural values, the U.S. Forest Service is proposing to open these public lands to oil and gas development.

Tell the U.S. Forest Service not to despoil this place with oil and gas rigs.  Use our letter below, and add your own thoughts, or delete the message below and write your own letter.  We have until February 13th to take action.
